Refunds and Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Running Madeira, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. However, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring our ability to manage bookings effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Refund Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Deposits<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, unless cancelled by us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 75% Refund Policy<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • If your booking was made prior to 60 days before the start date, you are eligible for a 75% refund of the paid amount if you cancel up to 30 days before the start date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • For instance, if you booked a late January break and your booking was made before late November you are eligible for a 75% refund if you cancel up to 30 days before your proposed start date of your break. Refunds will not be automatically authorised after the 30-day window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • 50% Refund Policy<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • If your booking was made at least 60 days before the start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the paid amount if you cancel up to 14 days before the start date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • For instance, if you booked a late January break and your booking was made before 60 days prior then you are eligible for a 50% refund if you cancel up to 14 days before your proposed start date of your break. Refunds will not be automatically authorised after the 14-day window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Gift Cards and vouchers.<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Gift cards are only refunded if your booked dates are cancelled by us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Bookings with voucher codes are only refunded from the amount actually paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Refunds are not eligible for any booking in the case of cancelled flights or other transportation to the island, refunds under these circumstances are purely discretional, terms include transport agent failures\/cancellations, weather or any other unpredicted event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Important Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: info@runningmaderia.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The refund amount will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 business days of the cancellation request being approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date of any booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
